Key Responsibilities: Customer Success, Employee Relations, and Operational Excellence
- Serve as the primary contact for customer queries, ensuring each interaction is positive, efficient, and resolution-focused
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers by addressing needs, facilitating feedback, and championing their success
- Manage employee relations concerns, supporting a respectful and collaborative environment
- Utilise Teamtailor to manage customer and employee data, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards
- Leverage Excel for regular reporting, data analysis, and to inform recommendations for continuous improvement
- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, fostering long-term solutions for both customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless service delivery and implement best practices
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking customer success metrics to drive strategic business decisions
Skills and Experience: Employee Relations, Excel, Teamtailor, Conflict Resolution, and Financial Acumen
- Demonstrable experience in customer success, client services, or a related people-focused role
- Strong understanding of employee relations and the ability to resolve complex challenges diplomatically
- Proficient in Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience using Teamtailor or similar applicant tracking or CRM systems
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and fostering collaborative working relationships
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and using metrics to inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an adaptable approach to diverse audiences
